This website is operated by SewFeather. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SewFeather. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Vintage Product Disclosure (As-Is)
SewFeather specializes in vintage sewing machines and mechanical artifacts. All items are sold in used, vintage condition. While we provide detailed restorations and high-resolution photography, customers acknowledge that vintage items will possess signs of age, including but not limited to cosmetic scuffs, scratches, or finish patina.
Accuracy of Imagery: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and mechanical details of our products. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be perfectly accurate.
3. Modifications to Prices and Service
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made.
5. Third-Party Links & Tools
We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as shipping trackers) which we neither monitor nor have any control over. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
