1. USA Based & Shipped
All items listed are physically located in the United States. Every order is shipped directly from our climate-controlled facility, ensuring fast domestic delivery and absolutely no import duties or customs delays for our US-based customers.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 24 to 48 hours (Monday – Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the following business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
Domestic (USA): We primarily utilize FedEx or UPS Ground/Express. Shipping times typically range from 2–5 business days depending on your location.
International: We offer global delivery via FedEx International Priority. Please note that delivery times vary by country.
*A signature is required upon delivery for all luxury items to ensure secure receipt.
4. The 13-Point Secure Packing System
Shipping a vintage icon requires extreme care. We use a specialized 13-point packing protocol, utilizing high-grade cushioning materials to protect the artifact from vibration, temperature shifts, and impact during its journey to you.
5. International Duties & Taxes
For our international collectors, please be aware that import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.
