The SewFeather Satisfaction Guarantee

1. 14-Day Return Window

At SewFeather, we stand behind the quality of our curated vintage machines. We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, your machine must be in the original condition that you received it. This includes:

  • The machine must not have been disassembled, scratched, or altered.
  • All original accessories (cases, bobbins, pedals, or vintage attachments) must be included.
  • The item must be shipped back in its original specialized "White-Glove" suspension packaging to prevent transit damage.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you must contact us first at: contact.sewfeather@gmail.com

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will provide the specific return instructions upon approval of your request.

4. Return Shipping

The postage costs for returned goods are the buyer's responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. SewFeather is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Vintage Disclaimer

Please remember that these are vintage mechanical artifacts, often 70+ years old. While we test, oil, and calibrate every machine in our atelier, we do not guarantee future mechanical longevity or electrical component life once the item has left our controlled facility. Regular maintenance is recommended for all vintage hardware.
