Inquiries regarding our curated collection
Are these machines ready for immediate use?
Absolutely. Every machine that enters our atelier undergoes a comprehensive mechanical restoration. We calibrate the timing, service the motor, and ensure the stitch quality meets our professional standards before it is listed in the gallery.
How do you verify the machine's age and history?
We utilize the original Singer Manufacturing Company serial number logs to cross-reference every acquisition. We provide the exact allotment date and factory origin (e.g., Kilbowie, Scotland or Elizabethport, NJ) for every machine we sell.
Is shipping truly secure for such fragile items?
We specialize in "White-Glove" logistics. We use a proprietary double-boxing method with custom-fitted suspension foam. Our goal is for your machine to arrive in the same pristine condition it left our studio.
Do you offer international voltage support?
Yes. Many of our Featherweights are original 110V units, but we frequently carry 220V-240V models (221K/222K). We can also provide high-quality voltage converters upon request for global collectors.
What is your return policy for vintage items?
We offer a 14-day inspection period. If the machine does not meet your mechanical or aesthetic expectations, it may be returned in its original, unserviced condition. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.
