The Golden Rule of Oiling
Vintage machines thrive on lubrication. We recommend a high-quality sewing machine oil every 8-10 hours of active use. Focus on the oil points indicated in your original manual.
Electrical Integrity
Always use a surge protector. These machines feature original or period-correct motors that deserve protection from modern power fluctuations.
Dust & Debris
Use a soft natural-hair brush to clean the bobbin area after every project. Never use "canned air," as it can push lint deeper into the mechanical assembly.
